This letter, written by Vicki Livingstone on behalf of homeschooling families province-wide, was influential in the creation of Part 2, Division 4, Sections 12 through 14 of the School Act. As a result, home learning families in BC enjoy some of the best home education laws across North America and, indeed, the world.
