Victoria Homeschool HangOut is a platform for families interested in, considering, or actively homeschooling to connect with each other (in person and online) in Victoria BC, Canada.
We are an inclusive, welcoming space. We come together from many different backgrounds, with a wide variety of parenting styles, homeschool approaches, health choices, gender identities, cultures, and beliefs.

We meetup weekly on Tuesdays from 11-3 at various locations in the CRD year round.
We also organize field trips, special events, small interest based groups, and zoom conferences for parent support on various topics.

Our mission is to promote a respectful, inclusive, diverse, and safe place to build social connections and support for homeschooling families in Victoria BC.
This group does not endorse or subscribe to any particular philosophy or way of doing things. Instead, we focus on building a kind, respectful, and safe community where families can connect, learn, and grow together.

We believe in keeping the group low-barrier and accessible — simple, friendly, and community-centered.

We all bring something to the table—ideas, support, energy, and care. This is a community built with each other, not for consumption.
