Support Group Submission Form

Use this form to submit new or updated information about your home learner community group.

Instructions:

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required so we can contact the submitter or group contact if needed.

Listings must include at least one form of public contact. For instance, a facebook group, webpage, email, or phone number.

Please provide as much information as possible. Use the Description field to share details such as areas served, religious affiliation, or other relevant details. 

Tip

Many groups use a general group email address that can be passed on as volunteers change.  This helps keep information current and protects individual privacy.

BCHEA respects your privacy and will not publish information you mark as private. Your listing does not need personal names, home phone numbers, or personal emails.
